·      Eligibility: Any student who meets the following criteria may apply:

                         a)      Born of Esan father or mother and has proof of nativity of Esan land.

                         b)      Has spent at least two semesters studying at a qualifying university.

                         c)      Has a minimum average score of 70 percent in subjects taken in two most recent consecutive semesters. 

                ·      Selection Criteria: The criteria for selecting recipients are based on the following including those contained in the evaluation rubric,
                           under Evaluation and Selection Process in this document. 

                        a)      The highest average GPA or percentage scores.

                        b)      The highest scores in essay writing that may be administered by EACF scholarship committee.

                        c)      The highest scores in an oral interview that may be conducted by EACF or an external panel.

                        d)      Letters of recommendation: one each from the Dean, Head of Department, and any other staff of the university,
                                 making three letters in total.
